Your information is not content
An assessment inquiry is private business context. We collect only what is needed to understand the request and respond.
What the assessment collects
Your name, business email, company, optional website, business type, goal, optional context, consent, source page, referral source, and basic campaign attribution associated with the assessment you submit. Automated anti-spam signals may also be processed.
What the signal brief collects
If you separately subscribe, we store your email address, consent time, originating page, and basic campaign attribution. The signal brief subscription is independent from the business assessment and does not silently enroll assessment leads.
Why we use it
To review your recommendability question, contact you about the request, deliver the signal brief you requested, understand which site experience led to a qualified inquiry or subscription, route authorized follow-up to the appropriate Blue Collar AI lane, maintain reliable submission records, and protect the forms from abuse.
What the site measures
We record a limited set of first-party events—identified assessment links clicked and whether an assessment or signal-brief subscription was started, rejected, or received—together with the internal page path and time. These events do not contain your free-text answers, contact details, advertising fingerprint, or cross-site browsing history.
How the intake is handled
Accepted submissions and subscriptions are stored before any optional notification is attempted. An encrypted server-side webhook may deliver the same minimized record to our customer relationship system for authorized follow-up, so a notification failure does not silently erase the request.
What we do not do
We do not publish your submission as a story, sell the free-text details as a list, place secrets in browser analytics, or claim a message was received when storage failed.
Control and questions
You may unsubscribe from the signal brief at any time. There is no verified public email or phone number on this site yet, and this review build does not invent one. To request correction or deletion of details you submitted, use the assessment and say so in the context field.
